Every shop robot CNC operator knows how frustrating it is to place unorganized router bits around.
We want to create a solution for storing bits, which is also interesting!
In this Instructure, we will show you how to make the collective using your shop robot CNC!
ADX is the center of cooperation and learning for individuals and organizations.
By sharing tools, knowledge and experience, we can work together better.
Our makerspace, learning centers, and custom manufacturing stores allow anyone to put their ideas into practice. In our 14,000-
High square feet of facilities
Profile designers work with students, retirees share their knowledge with novice builders, and entrepreneurs work with amateurs.

Download Routerbit_Colletsium. dxf.
Registration materials--
Turn on routerbit_colletethereum.
Dxf, VCarve Pro--
Setup information: X & Y size of the material or size of the entire cnc bed--
Material thickness--0 on the table--No offset--
Move and rotate parts to fit according to your material (
Note that the compiled view of the file is for reference only and does not apply to the toolpath)--
Join Open vector--
Pocket path is highlighted.
This step is up to you as I provide extra pocket paths for thinner material.
Make sure the feed rate of your bits slows down to 2.
Small circle pocket 0. --0.
25 \"pocket: large hole on the second floor of the 2 th floor, large hole on the second floor of the 3 th floor and fourth hole on the third floor ---0.
5 \"pocket: screw/Miscellaneous bag layer 1 triangle--0.
75 \"pocket: 1-layer single-hole decorative router stand--
Internal cutting profile
Through: all small holes in the inner layer of the second layer, all small holes in the outermost layer, all remaining holes in the third layer, and all remaining holes in the fourth layer--
Cut outer profile
Through: all layers outside the shape. Add tabs! --
It is highly recommended to preview the toolpath.
There is a lot of depth and path going on to see what the path will look like in the program, which will save you some conflict. ---

Since this part of Instructure is a common thread in all of our Shop Bot CNC Instructure, on VCarve Pro 3, we specifically designed a complete, separate for this part of the process
You can find the structure here.
Continue to the next step!
Now that you have completed the setup process for parts and materials, you are ready to start cutting! -
Continue pressing the cut part button on the red control panel and load the file-
Start your vacuumPress START-
Agree to the new bit, zero the axis and tell her to run-Stand-
Stop the switch to prevent problems-
Turn off the vacuum after completion--

Cut pieces of Saw or band saw--Using a router-
On the table, use trim router bits to lighten the edges for a more comfortable grip-
Open the router disk with two-pronged tool --
Install the router bit with collet using a wrench--
Set the router to the height that suits your material--
The direction in which the router is pushed to the router (
It\'s spinning the counter. clockwise)--
Glue the layer by first gluing the second and third layers--
Copy the edge of the layer to avoid sticking outside of the layer overlap--
Use the 25/64 \"drill bit as a reference tool to glue two layers together--
When the excess glue is wet, clean it with a wet tissue-
Release the layer after 15 minutes, glue the back of layer 4 and the top of Layer 3 (
Line in advance)
Stick these layers together
Clean up glue if necessary-
When the layers are clipped together, you can start to manually polish the top of the layers.
